jxNanchang First Heavy Road Pollution Removal Vehicle Debuted At Shengmi Bridge

Jiangxi Jiangxi News reporter TuWenhua, intern Huang Sui reported: On the afternoon of July 19, the first heavy-duty road pollution-removing vehicle in Jiangxi Province appeared on the Shengmi Bridge, demonstrating the cleaning operation of a section of the road with more vehicles. It is understood that this is a state-of-the-art road pollution removal vehicle, which is mainly used for emergency treatment of roads and important occasions such as deep cleaning, road surface pollution, throwing, etc., and can be “Spotless”.

On the Shengmibridge, the reporter saw the blue and white sweeping car. There was no rotating brush head at the tail, and a structure similar to a vacuum cleaner was replaced. In order to more clearly reflect the cleaning effect of the cleaning vehicle, the on-site staff laid a little gravel on the road. After the cleaning car passed, the road surface was cleaned and spotless, and even the gravel and dust scattered on the road surface were sucked clean.

It is said that compared with traditional sweepers that sweep the road to clean the road, the new road pollution removal vehicles use strong attraction to directly remove the pollutants attached to the road and achieve deep cleaning of the urban roads. Yu Xiaowen, deputy general manager of Nanchang Environmental Sanitation Engineering Service Company, said that the purchase cost of the vehicle will be 2.5 million yuan, which will be used to clean the pavement depth of several bridges such as the Shengmi Bridge, Bayi Bridge and Nanchang Bridge.

It integrates pollution removal and recycling. At least it can replace the traditional 2-3 equipments at the same time. It only needs one person to operate, which can greatly improve the cleaning efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of sanitation workers. In addition, the single engine design can save the overall fuel consumption by at least 2╱3 compared to the traditional operation, greatly improving the efficiency of use, and at the same time, it can curb road dust from the source and reduce the urban PM2.5-PM10 concentration.
